Lisa is a member of the National Council of Integrative Psychotherapists (NCIP) and works with the Minded Institute in London. Her approach integrates traditional yogic wisdom with contemporary neuroscience and somatic psychology — making yoga accessible, adaptive, and deeply therapeutic.
