Mounjaro (tirzepatide) is a new-generation injectable medication developed to help regulate blood sugar levels and reduce appetite. Originally approved for type 2 diabetes, it has shown significant results in supporting weight loss in clinical studies.
Mounjaro works by mimicking gut hormones (GLP-1 and GIP) that control insulin, hunger, and digestion — helping to reduce cravings, increase feelings of fullness, and support healthy eating habits.

Mounjaro is a once-weekly injection administered under the skin (usually in the thigh or abdomen). We’ll show you how to use it safely and confidently during your consultation.
Everyone is different, but many patients begin to see weight loss within the first few weeks, especially when combined with dietary changes and increased activity.
The most common side effects are mild and include nausea, reduced appetite, and digestive changes. These usually settle within a few weeks. We will monitor your response closely.
